Facility
The Academy Board and the Business Committee are very excited about the site we've found in Enoch. It is located approximately one mile north of the I-15 Cedar City north exit. The development is a residential and low traffic commercial planned community that they've eagerly amended to include our school.
Construction Agreement
We have entered into a lease agreement and memorandum of understanding with High Mark Schools. They are assisting us to secure the land, to ensure that the facility is built to specifications, and the school is open on time.
Location
Gateway's location is centrally located and highly accessible to anywhere in central Iron County.
The site we've contracted for is located on five acres approximately one mile north of the Cedar City north I-15 interchange and 100 yards west of Minersville Highway.

Building
The Academy recognizes the significance of making facility arrangements and the associated obstacles. With that in mind, the Academy has contracted with Gateway Project Development, LLC (High Mark Schools) to acquire land and construct the school building. Among other things, the building will include:
