Library Materials Request

Please use this form to request the Academy library purchase specific materials (books, etc...).

Not everything requested will be able to be purchased immediately. Items will be prioritized based on budget and their educational contribution to the curriculum and mission of the school.

Please list the materials you are requesting with as much detail as possible, including ISBN numbers where possible.

Are the materials child-directed? Do they lend themselves well to an individually paced learning style and a competency-based education? Are the materials self-correcting?

Please add any additional information about the materials requested and how they would be used in the school.
