Gateway's location is centrally located and highly accessible to anywhere in central Iron County.

The site we've contracted for is located on five acres approximately one mile north of the Cedar City north I-15 interchange and 100 yards west of Minersville Highway.

We expect some of our major feeder populations to be:

• Southern Cedar City, an eight minute drive
• Downtown Cedar City, a six minute drive
• Parowan, a twelve minute drive
• Summit, a nine minute drive
• Enoch, a three minute drive to Enoch's City Center
• Other feeder communities include Paragonah, Kannaraville, New Harmony, Brian Head, Hamilton Fort, and Beryl

Enoch City

Larry Brough, the Enoch City Manager, stated "that the location allows for an easy flow of traffic to and from the main arterial roadway located" nearby. He also states that Enoch has no traffic concerns regarding the area of the proposed site and that the city wholeheartedly supports the efforts of building the school.

Water, sewer, and electrical connections are already in place and accessible to the site.
