Viewing Student Academic Records

Student academic records are available online to parents and will be updated by school staff on a regular basis.

Parents can access their student's records using GPA's web site:

  • If you are registered on the web site (http://GPACharter.org) and you are able to view the enrollment application status of your students, then you are already setup to view their student records. For logged in users there is a new menu item in the left menu titled "Student Records".
  • If you aren't registered on the web site, you will need to register at http://GPACharter.org/user/register . If you register with the same email address that is already listed in a student's enrollment application then their student record should automatically be linked to your user account within a couple of hours.
  • If you have registered in the past, but forgotten your web site username and/or password you may go to http://GPACharter.org/user/password to request a new password be emailed to you. You will need to supply either the email address or the username your user account is under.
  • If you have registered a user account that isn't linked to your student's enrollment or student records, please email GPAInfo@gpacharter.org and provide your username and the student's names that you need linked to that username. Student records may only be linked to one parent user account at a time.

The student records page includes links to the individual student record as well as a link to their mentor's class information and email address.

Individual student records include a "Presented Competencies" section that lists core curriculum items (competencies) that have been presented, or taught, to the student and that the student is currently working on mastering.

There is also a "Past Academics" section in the record that lists competencies that the student has already mastered. To view the "Past Academics" section you must click on the section name to expand it.

You may browse competencies in the context of the whole curriculum by clicking on the curriculum link at the top of the page. For most competencies, just basic information is currently included. Over time more curriculum details will be available. Some of the elective teachers will have alternate methods of communicating what their students are working on.
