Families will choose from a list of curriculum we provide, but will also have the option to use curriculum in their home environment that we do not provide. Other curriculum options may be available upon request.

DISCOVERY DAYS
Students spend one day each week doing exciting hands-on projects on Gateway’s campus. Projects integrate Social Studies, Science, Physical Education, and the Arts. This is an opportunity for students to make social connections and do BIG work, applying their imagination and skills.
Elective Options 
Students can choose from a variety of elective class options if they would like to participate part-time. Class options include music, art, computers, library story-time, PE, drama, dance, and more.

Field Trips & Activities
Students are invited to attend special events and activities with other distance students. These include plays, ballets, author visits, guest performers and speakers, service projects, history and science trips, festivals, concerts, and more!
Academic Support 
Additional support is available for students who need a little extra help to close gaps and build foundational skills. We provide parent training and support for academic programs, skill-building in math, reading, and writing, and support for students with disabilities.
